Cleaning Fee for each rental is $350
Each event will require an event monitor which will be an additional cost of $25 per hour per person needed.
Additional charges will apply for equipment needs.
There will be a $200 fee charged for any event that will provide alcohol.
Liability insurance is required 30 days prior to event.
